By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent you are authorized to access and use the Power BI store. You may not use this Census Map for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of this Census Map, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your use of this Census Map.
COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA
Attadale does not sell, license or in any way share personal data collected with any third-parties. We may collect identity data in accordance with permissions of the Power BI store, to identify users of this Census Map to alert of enhancements, new version release, bugs, to receive suggestions and feedback, and other general product related tasks, and only accessed and used by Attadale.
PRICE AND FEES
This Census Map is provided to registered users of Power BI for free, with no license, fees or other payment required. Attadale may change the price and conditions at any time, and will provide reasonable advance warning of prices and fee changes to provide users ample time to make a transition.

The copyright in this Census Map, including all portions of content, design, formula, and graphics is owned by Attadale, unless otherwise indicated, and is protected by the provisions of the relevant North American Copyright Act(s), including US and Canada. All rights reserved. The Census Map may not be reproduced or distributed, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of Attadale, with the exception of intended normal usage within your organization under the Power BI licenses. Any other reproduction or distribution, in whatever form and by whatever media, is expressly prohibited without the prior written consent of Attadale.

NO WAIVER
Neither delay nor failure by Attadale to enforce any of the Terms & Conditions, nor reliance by any person on Attadale actions, constitutes a waiver of Attadale’s rights under the Terms & Conditions. Only a specific, written waiver signed by an officer of Attadale shall have any legal effect.
SEVERABILITY
If a court of competent jurisdiction determines that any clause or provision of the Terms & Conditions is illegal, invalid or unenforceable under present or future law, such clause or provision shall be deemed to be deleted and severed from the Terms & Conditions without affecting the enforceability of all remaining clauses or provisions.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
The Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising under or related to the Terms & Conditions or to this Census Map, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without reference to its conflict of law principles. Any such dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts in Cook County, Illinois. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of courts located in Cook County, Illinois for any legal proceeding involving this Census Map, regardless of who initiated such legal proceeding.
